Our Team

Bob Walton: President
As a young man, Bob got his feet wet in construction working as a laborer in California. After college and a stint in the United States Navy, he knew construction would be his career of choice. Bob began working for Ray Labbe and Sons in 1999 as an estimator and project manager. As Bob’s experience grew, so did his involvement with the management team, thus being promoted to Chief Estimator in 2004. He reported to the owners as he oversaw all aspects of the estimating and project management departments. Twenty years later and now serving as President for the company, Bob is still estimating and managing projects and has taken on new responsibilities as well. Now as one of the owners, he is involved in all aspects of corporate decision making, the day to day operations of construction and paving crews, in charge of winter operations and lends a hand where ever needed. With his new partners, they together are responsible for running and steering the company into the future, keeping the same fundamental values and strong morals set earlier by the Labbe family.
