Paul Labbe: Vice President

As the oldest of the Labbe sons, Paul began working for the family business at a very young age. In the early 1960's he started out as the steering and clutch boy for a 1964 T-450 Bantam Hydraulic Excavator. Paul was operating heavy equipment on the jobsites well before being old enough to even have his driver's license, so his mother had to deliver both him and the equipment to the jobsite in order for him to work. He came aboard full time after high school and over the years has been responsible for all facets of field construction operations. At various times, Paul has been in charge of the maintenance of the fleet of trucks and equipment, all pit and quarry operations including quality control and production, the paving operations, day to day field operations, and dispatching.
